Delivery Information

All orders made before 3pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. The majority of our orders are Royal Mail First Class and should be with you next working day. We occasionally send larger orders using a courier; these may take up to two days to arrive. Please note orders to the Channel Islands will take longer than one day to arrive.

For Royal Mail orders, a calling card will be left if no-one is at home. You’ll be able to have the parcel redelivered, collect from your local Royal Mail Delivery Centre or arrange redelivery to your local Post Office for a small charge. If you do not contact your local Royal Mail Delivery Centre and the parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay your original shipping charges if you need us to reship to you.

Customers outside the EU may need to pay local import taxes. If you have any questions about additional taxes that you may be charged, please contact your local customs and revenue office. If you have any specific requirements for any orders, please contact us.


You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You don’t need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract and you won’t have to pay a penalty.

To cancel your contract, please notify us by e-mail to our e-mail address.

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days from the day you receive your goods PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition (including the packaging) they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
